Phillipo Berrio olive oil comes in a spray bottle too - though I shall certainly be decanting some olive oil into a frylite bottle too, to compare misting. The Berio seems more of a "squirt" than a mist, but I may just need to fiddle with it a bit.

I'm not sure they are "on" at the mo, I have them on disc ;) so can watch on demand which is good

listen, there is no need to feel down about baby weights, you have a valid reason to have some extra weight, and im sure a gorgeous little bambino who is much mroe important.

Do NOT compare yourself to other Mums, look at Posh spice - back in her size 6s in how long? I mean, come on! At the end of the day, slowly and sensibly etc and you have a very young baby to look after, so hard as it is, try not to be hard on yourself. Your body has recently been through a big trauma (birth), so give yourself a break!

Are there any pram walking groups in your area? Could you start one? Even just a couple of friends?

Regards the tiredness, I sleep very badly and suffer badly with tiredness and know how easy it is to turn to caffiene - but I have limited myself to one coffee a day. I am finding by eating more nuts and seeds, dried fruits (dates, figs and cranberries) and smoothie for brekkie with oats , it is giving me a slight kick more energy than I had before. Have you tried smoothies? Filling and a good way of getting fruit in. I only like exotic expensive fruit like pineapple and dear stuff, so finding this helps me throw fruit down my neck. Also, there are some yummy juicy pears about at the mo.

Sadly its 10 months since I gave birth so not exactly that recent but I take on board your comments. I do try and fit in some walking but with a toddler in tow too it's not always that fast. I have a Wii fit but you know how it is by the time I have chance to use it its 9pm and I am shattered.
I think I will try your suggestion of eating dried fruits and nuts. Smoothies not so good at as if they have bits in them (from like strawberries etc) they make me gag (what a wuss :o).
~Anyway enough looking at the negatives - positive thinking is the way forward :D

bung 2 onions (chopped) a can of chopped tomatoes a can of chickpeas a couple of potatoes peeled and diced to a similair size as chickpeas a can full of water and 2 tablespoons of curry powder in a slowcooker or large pan cook until potoes and onions are soft add some chopped fresh spinach and cook till spinach wilts could add fresh garlic and ginger at beginning too

    BNS chips
cut a squash into chunks(leave the skin on) place on a silicone sheet sprayed with oil (on a baking tray ) spray the tops with more oil sprinkle salt and pepper and ground cumin over cook on high for 40 mins

the olive oil out of the frylight bottle 'squirts' rather than mists but it must use far less olive oil that way rather than just tipping it out of a bottle

That's why I like the Lakeland sprayer - you pump it by depressing the lid and then you get a real spray of oil instead of a squirt!

Just bumping up this thread with my hint regarding the oil spray and clogging etc.

I have found that if you use 30% oil to 70% water it makes a much more appetising smell and tasting spray. I do use the old frylight bottle. It was frightening to see that white chemical mess going down the plug hole.

My version does not clog either. Just give a good shake before using.
