I'vwe got a friend who lines the inside of her cupboards with paper as well (particularly the pan cupboards) to stop them getting destroyed. I saw some clear plastic on sale in Aldi the other day to do the job (not sticky back plastic, more like a sheet of fairly pliable stuff). It seems like a good idea.
Then one day my sister and I decided to clear out the kitchen cupboard, and threw out the old wallpaper. So we phoned my daddy to ask where we kept spare wallpaper. He sorta went _pale_ and for some reason it put him off the ideaMurphy's No More Pies Club #209

Made my own gorgeous crunch corner
Natural yoghurt (need to look into making my own!), mixed in strawberries - HM from Mums garden. Then topped with Flapjack crumbs - a la crunchy granola style. Yummy at a fraction of the price!A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

Not everso sneaky and may have been mentioned before - I've sort of lost track with this excellent thread a bit.
Save little plastic bottles that come with bath/shower gift sets and when they are used up, decant normal shampoo etc into them for holidays. All the brands do "travel sized" stuff but it is always expensive.
Also, really obvious but check baggage allowances when flying - saw a women near me in the queue and she was 8 kilos over - at 9 quid a kilo :eek:0 -
Following up on ktog's mention about baggage allowances, watch out if you're booked to fly British Airways Economy. From October 7th Economy passengers flying Economy will only be able to check in one bag weighing up to 23 kg free of charge. Any additional bags will be charged at £35 a piece when you check in. Snowboards and skis will also cost from £56 return if you pay online or an eye-watering £70 if checked in at the airport.0

Good idea: a few months ago I went to London for a weekend and had to buy some little bottles of shampoo etc while I was there. I was going to buy one of those little transparent kits while I was there, but what's the point when I can just recycle the ones I've already got? Thanks! :TPlease call me 'Pickle'

Ive seen many get stung by the luggage thing!
Also, for travelling, keep little samples - the pantene shampoo and conditioner samples are perfect for travelling - and little samples of various face creams and exfoliators ! I keep these all in a travelling bag, along with Locks, keys, luggage tags, travel pillow, passport, torch, all those things that one tends to lose if not stored carefully! Also mini pocket tissues & chuba chubsA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men
