Probably already been mentioned but not had time to look through all postings, but what on earth is this? http://www.hillbillyhousewife.com/breakfasttea.htm
Have they never heard of leaf tea in America?

It's common knowledge that North America doesn't know how to make tea. I mean.... creamer? Instant tea? nonfat milkpowder? !!!!!!????

    :oaw shucks!

Thanks for all the niceness. Just what I needed. Today has been quite an ordeal at work...

I've been thinking a bit about the organisation of this thread.

Wondered whether you thought it might be useful for me to put a list of links to all the recipes, and all the key nutrients somewhere, maybe in post 1, so people don't have to think, 'oooh cinnamon toast, now where was that?', or 'calcium, now where did we discuss that?'. What do people think?

Also, I'm really up for doing more research on any areas of nutritional interest (not that I'm any sort of an expert, just really enjoy finding out:D) so let me know if anyone has any areas of interest that you can't be faffed to spend hours on google looking up!

Knotweed update, ISOM and I had to postpone as rain stopped play, but I think I can speak for us both when I say, it will happen, and we will fill you in!

Spends update, I'm down to my last tenner  but I still believe we can make it. Got 12 loaves of bread (or at least the ingredients for;)) and all the evening meals, plus 35 lunch time sarnies frozen. So I'm quietly confident!

Perhaps if I am very lucky and win that £50, we could have a 'how long can the weezls live off it?' challenge :rotfl:

    Love

    Weezl x

You CAN do it and we will all be urging you on! If it gets tight you can just camp here for food lol (spare tent anyone!)!! Fear not neither you or Mr Weezl will starve and 35 meals is loads isnt it? How many do you need till the end of the challenge?
Re looking things up can you see what I need for iron = when I gave blood last week then said I was a bit close (no doubt my overactive hormones!) to being low on iron so want to boost it without resorting to iron tablets!
Hugs for you! £10 is loads when you have a world of nettles and knotweed at your disposal...if only it would stop raining!!
