it smelt a bit funny, and I dunno how long it was off for.
There was a lake at the bottom! So I thought it was probably better to throw it away.
think i would haev thrown it too if it smelt funny.
have you checked your insurance, as gillette says, sometimes frozen food is covered but check the wording on your policy

Couldn't believe my luck in browsing through to find a support forum dedicated to emotional and mental well-being. Problem is, when you are trying to save money, it's quite difficult to make yourself feel better, albeit fleetingly, by getting your hair done, a beauty treatment or the like. It's one of the reasons for my debt in the first place!

Any other contributors hit a 'wierd' stage in their (late forties) life?? It feels like my batteries are running out, my power-pack needs recharging, my zest or spark is just about to fizzle out - you get my drift ... and yet I still need to keep vibrant and active as I have a demanding career and I'm running a home single-handedly for three adults (two dependant sons who are grown up but still living at home).

    Any shared experiences gratefully received!

welcome ninnins.....feel exactly same lately.since xmas have had really bad health and thats a huge reminder that im getting old...used to shake off illness pretty quik but had bad coughs since xmas off and on...and now waking every morning with sore neck whick makes my back ache like a hot knife pushing in.havent changed sleep pattern and have mem foam matt topper and pillow, so all the same.am getting very stressed about our hol soon as its me who does all packing, ironing, shopping, worrying, and i think it may be im subconciously worrying about it all.tbh, i would like to stay at home on my own but dont tell dh:)
rose.....hope you are ok.sorry i wasnt there last nite but cant get on as much when dh is around as he thinks im an hypochonriac to say the least so dont think he grasps depression and stuff...bit old skool about it so we tend to agree to differ...if i had a broken leg and he could see the pot then he would believe but when there are no signs like that he doesnt understand at all..... he always thought i was mad anyway so:)......we put up with each other.
    ttfn.good day to all.
    love ilgd xx

    :hello: Everyone,

went to Sainsburys this morning and got the free fridge magnet its great :) its on my fridge now :)

I did a bit of a shop as well whilst there :) I then braved the rain and I went on the bus and decided to visit my friend so rang up and asked was it ok to come over and his mum said yes so I went and it was nice :)

They are having a barbeque on 3rd May and I took 6 cans of drink for it and dropped them off in advance so I know I have done my bit :)

I am relaxing now for the rest of the day,its so miserable out there too,I got a bit soaked in the rain but it was worth it.

*hugs* to those that need one

 feel down tonight you know the way it goes sometimes you can feel lower than others any way my husband says whats wrong with you nothing i say just feel a bit down, his response oh is that all i tried to say i feel unappreciated so he says what do you want then to go out my reply is not tonight as i feel tired, like you do when you feel down so then he goes off on one about he cant please me so i tried to explain a woman needs notice to choose what shes wearing and get in the mood so he says well do you want to go out next week so i say yes then he walks off muttering about the cost of going out.

I cant help having depression and am finding his comments are not very helpful we are going to relate at the moment and at the end she says do you both want to come back next week, well your the expert he says you tell us whether we should come back her response was well it looks as if one person wants to and the other person does'nt how can i win when im hitting my head against a brick wall
