thanks for the hugs, and also big thanks to rose and sazz for the chat on msn, just been feeling really low and very lonely.
sybil, i think little bear would love mixing with others at mum's and tots, i know mine did when they were little, i think one you find the courage, it'll help you too.
been to see my cpn this morn, and had a very lengthy chat, and she has referred me to a service, called rethink, not heard of it before, but the leaflet she has given me sounds helpful, 'helping everyone affected by severe mental illness recover a better quality of life',
best go get some food shopping in a min,big hugs all

    :hello: Everyone,

I have some news to share with you all,I am starting going to the gym much sooner than I thought,I have an induction on 24th April at 3.30pm for an hour with an instructor on a 1 to 1 which is better than me than a group and I paid £8 for it,I got given a card to attend the session as well so they can let me in with no problems.I am on a waiting list now for the scheme I was talking about and I have a 4-5 month wait to get in,so If I go now I will be toned up more and be able to cope with the course later on so I am proud of myself for sorting that out and so are my family :)

I went to my centre for lunch and then I did a food shop at Asda.I came in out of the biting cold wind and had a nice coffee and I feel better for that :)

I am watching tv later tonight as well and going to relax :)

*hugs* to those that need one

I've just had a freezer disaster  Somehow my freezer got turned off, and it's defrosted, and all my lovely food had to be thrown away

!!!! :( Hope there wasn't too much. Did it all need thrown away? Couldn't any of it be eaten now? or was it of for a while, and turned to mush?

I'd be gutted if that happened. :(

it smelt a bit funny, and I dunno how long it was off for.
There was a lake at the bottom! So I thought it was probably better to throw it away.

I haven't been feeling good today. I'm still waiting for a letter through about my DLA as I put in my renewal claim form in January. They wrote to me in February to say they had received it but I hate waiting as it makes me very anxious. I'm going to try to write to them to explain that I have been waiting a while and I am getting very anxious and on edge.

I saw my lovely friend Nikki today. I went to the drop in as I felt so bad and didn't want to be alone in case I hurt myself, so I decided to take the precautionary measure of being around others. I found it hard going out but Nikki calmed me down.

The plumbers came today and I might not need to have my bath out after all. The leak seems to be getting better. The wall is still going to need to be re-plastered though, and I also found out that that kitchen work surface will need to be replaced where it has "bowed" from acting as a sponge from the water leak. The plumber let me borrow his humidifier to put in the bathroom to soak up the excess moisture and he is coming back on Monday. I can't have a bath until then, which is going to really peeve me off, as I am a very clean person. :/

I hope you're all okay today.

    xx

Isn't frozen food covered on house insurance?
