Cor blimey guvna - (hey saz - I've been practising me Larnden accent!) - that was a bit of a mouthful!
Hmmm.....You know what's coming, don't you guys?.....
g-b-h! g-b-h! g-b-h!
That's better!Just don't try this at home guys!
Now then young brock, you are charged that on the 28th May, 2008 at 8.24p.m., you did blatantly and openly become a miserable git without having a license to do so and tried to intimidate the thread into not caring. How do you plead?
Not that it really matters because sazzy is your defence barrister and ethel, ilgd, gem and rosie are prosecuting!
And guess who's climbed onto the bar to play judge?!(No sazzy - it's not my round - not that kind of bar!

Seriously though, hunnie...gilly wrote:I was in the gym earlier repeately going "URGH!" because I ballsed up my practical exam today. Maybe juno heard me.
Long story. Too depressing to go into details. 1.Mis advised. 2.Confused by tutors. 3.Given less time than before. 4.Had 2 day headache and 5.hardly any sleep before exam. 6.Panic set in...............and I have done badly.
Since I scaped a pass by only 5% in mock. What I have done today is worse by more than 5%. So I would say I have failed.
Well gilly, I counted at least 6 good reasons there in your post, for if you have failed - see my blue bits where I highlighted your own words.
I really do respect your opinion hunnie and can understand why you felt so bad, because you've worked hard for all this. That is an achievement.
I don't know how long you have to wait for the results angel, but they will be what they will be and there will always be choices to make whichever way the results go sweetheart. Which I know will be scant consolation to you now. You're much more than an exam grade gilly.gilly wrote:PLEASE DON'T POST STUFF LIKE "IT'LL ALL BE OK" - I am not a pessimist, I am a realist. My assessment that I have failed is based on facts. Nothing upsets me more than being patronised with "You always say that" or "Don't worry, you'll be fine". When I have done well I say so. I knew I'd done well in mock exam - I sed so - I got 88%. This time I have done bad enough to fail. Honest.
The only chance is that they fudge the marks (I know some of this happens) and that the envigilators don't pick my paper for remarking.
Sorry to moan but the pain of people knowing I am doing exams is the chance that I have to come on here and tell you all I have mucked it up.
Take Care and let's not mention this.xxx.
...Telling the Tiffster not to do somethin'?...should know better than that...mutter...mutter...
Yes hun, you're very much a realist and not one for false sentiments and I wouldn't insult your intelligence by giving you them. I hope I can hold my paw up and say that I always post my genuine opinion.
I was glad I knew about your exam and was proud to be rooting for you that day hun - and I'll do it next time too!
Again, I respect your point angel and you are not moaning. I certainly wouldn't patronise you gilly hun. We don't know whether you passed or not, and tbh, it doesn't matter in the sense that you can't stop people caring about you. Our lives are all one big parcel of ups and downs hunnie - and that's the privilege we have of sharing them with each other here. Your sentence ''the pain of people knowing I am doing exams'', implies you feel your dignity or pride has been compromised - and that's not the intention hunnie. You are still a very much respected badgie-intactus.I guess it must be a badgie thing. You can't stop us from caring.
gilly wrote:Take Care and let's not mention this.xxx... Okay angel - just between you and me!
:silenced:
Take care sweetheart.

Wow, what a nice bunch you lot are here, it's not what you get in Discussion Time or the Benefits board is it:eek: . Thanks for your replies and I feel a bit more reassured by the replies about the psychiatrist,I presume it is only one visit to see them, rather than going to see them several times. Well, the psychotherapy is good but realistically I'm not sure I would be in such a cr*p place if I hadn't had it, BUT it has got to the point where I am very appreciative of the time the therapist gives to me (it's a woman), I see her twice a week and without it I'm sure I would have killed myself by now. I picked up the antidepressants today and will start them tomorrow, I've resisted them so far but even I think I need some help!
