I hope you start to feel the benefit of the medication soon.
Do you feel like you can open up to your therapist or do you still keep a little back?

I am back,just watched the Nancy results showIt was great
I am just doing my washing at the moment as I have been unwell all day and havent done it yet,Its now on the drying programme for an hour
Once thats done I shall put
it out to dry more and then go to bed
