    Well I'm at work.
Sorted all but 3 of the 34 new emails I walked into this morning...but I'm tired now. I woke up like there was summat in my eye. By 10am it was watering but not hurting. Now it's a bit misty. It's not helping me work tbh.

I booked a holiday today. I just need to tell work now (LOL). The printer's on the fritz so I can't print out the holiday form.
I need another holiday to take my mind off the wait for the holiday!!

I do read back on the thread although sometimes in my frazzled state they all merge into one person with a huge amount of problems. Although compared to that imagined one person we are all doing quite well.

Hugs and handshakes to you all

    Hello.

Emz and Rick said they would love to come on holiday with Karl and I next year. I said I will pay because I want to thank them for being awesome mates. Now, I just hope I'm better next year. =/

I emailed the housing association today asking them if they provide gardening services for people with mental/physical illnesses as I went out today to try to cut the grass and had an anxiety attack and explained about my health. Not in too much detail though.

Why can I be normal? :(

    xx

    Why why why??????

I am very tired today and everyone is playing me up!!

My OH was on the phone and the delivery man came and the man was so rude to me - I was simply answering the door and he was a runt. It only happens when I feel this tired. It makes me paranoid when I feel this tired. Men become stupid and defensive, they bring me down and are useless, then aggressive when you complain.

My OH is on the stupid and aggressive pills today and I am too tired to cope with it. He is so clutsy and annoying. It is a strain being with him and it wears me out to the point of not being able to function. His manner makes me so tense and angry all the time. He is either sickly sweet or aggressive or distant, none of this makes me feel comfortable or happy around him.

I would like to have my own place, he seems such a mess, all sloppy and fraying. Nothing stays nice with him, he seems to attract bad luck and things get damaged. Some people seem tight and organised and they are easy to be around.

We are supposed to be going to a family event tomorrow and the thought of it makes me gag, being with my aggressive and useless OH and son who is rude as hell to us, and nobody deals with him and he gets away with it. I can't go and pretend to be all happy families - I want them away so I can get over their annoying ways.

I feel I have lost all my dignity and self worth being round male cretins.

Thats a shame. At least when there is a trigger, you can try and fix things. If it helps at all, you aren't alone! Could you try something to distract yourself? Easier said than done! I'm sitting here trying not to self-harm by stuffing my face lol.

FG - why do you feel the need to self harm?

Is it anger based, are you angry and don't know how to direct it? I know I want to do some damage when I am angry but lash out at others rather than myself but can understand if it can turn on yourself. I tend to scream and shout when I feel angry, then feel like crap about myself afterwards. I tend to go numb and not eat to try and regain some self control.

    Just a suggestion.

The irritations and niggles are there all the time but are copable when I feel OK/good but really get to me when I feel tired.
