I have just been crying on the phone to my dad I feel so low again and this hot weather isnt helping matters.I so hate the hot weather as I cannot cope with it,neither can Mum and Dad but my brother and sister can.

I will be alright.Just had a sleep this afternoon as I wasnt feeling too great.

Why can I never let go of stuff, why do I worry myself ill? I just want to be normal and not think twice about the small stuff, not have any of the weird stuff that normal people don't have to deal with. I want my family to be normal but they're screwed up, I feel guilty for having that thought in my head.

Meyore hun, what's happened? Have been wondering how you are x I'm very similar, in that I worry about stuff endlessly... it exhausts me. From what little i know of you, you seem like a very caring person - that's nothing to feel guilty about, imo. If only more people in the world were like you.

thanks SF *hugs* I think I will go and have a bath now and wash my hair as it needs doing for tomorrow having an early night tonight and going to bed early as I so need a lot of sleep

I'm sorry you're feeling low hun. I hate the hot weather. It makes me feel even more low and lethargic .

Thanks. It was lovely. Had a very small amount of bubbles though so not as nice as it could have been.lol.
