I would like to know if Pipex can bill me for 07-08 because despite repeated emails telling them they hadn't taken my annual subscription they failed to do so ! Any advice gratefully received.
• I would suggest a simple phonecall to Credit Control would suffice

My main nightmare goes back to March 2007 when I told them at various times during the year that they hadn't taken my annual subscription to March 2008 . The account wasn't updated and still isn't and it says 'payment details not found' for some reason. However the invoice for March 2008 to March 2009 has been updated, and before they contacted me I put a cheque in the post on the 6th April ! Now I am receiving Payment Overdue letters for 08-09 ! However before I contact them again, phone this time, instead of email, can they now expect me to pay for last year ?

This is the email address I used, but they are taking more than a week to reply customerservices@pipex.net

Or customerrelations@pipex.net

I can sympathise ! I contacted them on the 9th and they didn't reply until 17th, this afternoon I've had six emails from different people, I dread having to phone them !

I don't trust them with my card details, but I'm having a problem with the cheque payment as well as they say they haven't received one sent on 6th April (hasn't gone from my bank account either) so I've cancelled it and sent a replacement to another address they have given me. I hope this doesn't go on too long

I too have been over charged. For me they would email to say the direct debit would be £9.99 and then take as much as £18.50 out, so today I've written to my bank, sent copies of the direct debit advice emails and asked them to refund it under the direct debit guarantee.

When ever I phoned I NEVER got any sense and nobody took it seriously....
