Surely if the CD Player is OUT OF STOCK it won't matter how many different operators you talk to, it will still be unavailable until they get more in!!

I rang them this morning..
ordered 10 reams of 9p paper,
cd player
and malaga chair - she told me the total was £30.89 (? I thought it would be around £36 ) and i would get a delivery Wednesday next week because of the Bank holiday.

I confirmed that the price was correct and that it was for all of the above items.
I was already a registered user from the coffee machine offer before. Gave them my customer number and told them I was trying to place an order online but that my ISP wasn't playing ball today and could I order by phone instead .

Lady was very chatty and I had no problems, she didn't say that the Cd player was out of stock when I asked if it was all included in price.

I placed my order for screen cleaner, 10 reams of paper and free CD/radio around 10 a.m. yesterday. Lady told me they would be delivered on Tuesday. Went to do some shopping in town, came home around 5 pm and neighbour called me to tell me he had some "stuff" for me. He came out with three boxes - two of paper, the third was cleaner and CD. How good is that, speedy service or what! :j

I did not mention anything about the free stereo. I just quoted the number and the lady put everything straight through.

Having placed my order over the phone at something like 8.15pm on the Thursday evening. First order as new customer for paper and free cd, I was told that as they were nearly closing, it would not be delivered until Tuesday (because of bank holiday). It arrived at 2.00pm the next day. This is some company! Some nice things in the catalogue which tempt me, but I think that the delivery costs will restrict further puchases. Will have to save up and order in bulk.

CD player is so cute with its eyes and face. I am really impressed by it's sound too, listening while I type.

To anyone who has been unsuccessful, try again. It seems that different operators are using different rules. The best way seems to be to order over the phone.

No success I fear from my approach. I rang the number and armed with all the details of what I wanted to order was told they were wholesalers and could not take my order unless I set up a business account. So what went wrong? SHE did recommend me to try on their website but by then I had given up the will to live!
