 I got stuck with this place also. Was looking for a game so I saw it on Fullreleases.biz. For a one time charge of $4.95 I figured why not. I was never able to download the game.
Well I got my credit card bill today the $4.95 was there along with a charge of $30.92 CONVERTED FROM EURO'S Called my credit card co. to check it out and they told me that there was another charge from them for $30.92. He said that they would take care of it and issue me a new card.
I tried calling the 800 # 800-657-9205 and was told that there would be a wait of about a minute and if I wanted to talk to someone press #
Well I pressed # and the message said all voice mailboxes were filled.
Then the #%&holes said thank you for purchasing our software GOODBY
If there are any lawyers out there maybe a class action suite should be started
I agree. We should file a class action suit. Scammers like this should not be allowed to just get away with it by us closing our credit card accounts. That won't stop them, they will just find more victims.
  • Hi Jaysood,

Shut it all down, if you cancel your debit card billingsvc will NOT be able to get the new number...also tell your bank that they have fraudulently been taking money from your bank...i signed up for a one off payment of $4.95, they took $9.90 then $60...i got all my money back...check out www.ripoffreport.com we are not alone, there are loads of victims out there!!

    Hope this helps,

    Darren
How did you manage to get your money back?
  • I actually did get an email back from Alex Ferguson, owner of the domain billingsvc.com. I did not reveal why I was emailing him. I simply asked if he was the owner of the domain, and he replied back that he was. Anyone have any advice on what, if anything, I should say to him?

I also got an email back from support@billingsvc.com. I sent them back a nastygram.

You do not want to know what I would say to him. By the way are the banks so stupid that they do not what is going on ?

When I filled out my fraud report with Chase I also included a printout of some of these posts. It's the banks money these frauds are stealing.. You would think that the banks would wake up. That must be why we are paying such high interest rates on our cards and they are paying so little on savings accounts.

I'd also look out for companies like Shopper Discount, CCBillEU.com, gambling/games sites like procyber.com etc. These are common ones we have to deal with.
