They got me too!!
I joined directfilesacess for $4.95 and they took $9.90, then $60!!!
It's all down to billingsvc.com, there is also a bunch of people called billingcentreonline.com involved...i emailed them and called them...they told me that a full refund was on its way...10 days later no refund..so reported them to the fraud section at my bank...should get my money back within 14 days!...hopefully!!
Now to find that trojan file!!!
Cheers,

I checked out this site Full Releases, which had a reduced joining fee of £4.95 followed by a monthly fee of over £30.00, when I saw this, I did not proceed with the transaction and more importantly the transaction showed as cancelled. However, it appears that this was not the case and the relevant debits showed up on my bank statement as Billingsvc.Com, I have reported it to the fraud department at my bank, who are currently dealing with the matter.0

Same again, full releases. Signed up for a file, but never got access. Charged, and then charged again.
Will get onto Egg now...
EDIT: It's not a "bad" site to use is it? Illegal or anything? I didnt think so at the time, just wondering...0 -

Thanks for the info in this thread.
I joined Full Releases for what I thought was a 1 off payment of $4.95 but after paying with my CC I noticed a second payment of $18.95 left my account 3 days later. After checking around there is small print on the payment site which states "Terms You subscribe for Unlimited Download Access. Today's charge is 4.95 GBP for 3 days and 29.95 GBP monthly there after."
I have subsequently contacted BillingSVC.com to cancel the subscription and also cancelled my CC. The CC company stated that they could not cancel any payment as I had signed up to the monthly amount however, by cancelling the card used and being issued with a new one will prevent Billingsvc.com getting any further money as they won't have the new security code or expiry date.
This has certainly been a lesson for me as I went against my better judgement to sign up in the first place.

I have now been "first in line" on hold with this company for 1 hour 38 minutes and 26 seconds. I had to go and plug in my cell phone. According to the charge, the ONLY WAY to cancel whatever this transaction is, is to CALL THEM. I have absolutely no idea who this company is, or what this $30.74 charge is. (Also contains a foreign transaction fee). I am going to come UNGLUED when (IF) they ever answer the phone. Having to cancel my credit card (and its a pay pal card) really ticks me off. And trying to file a complaint with Pay Pal is also a joke. I'll post the end result, IF it ever happens. :mad:0

guys I joined the same directfileaccess through fullreleases and I am still getting the payment of £5.26 a month taken out of my bank account.
Thankfully I managed to delete my account from DirectFileAccess, so that payment of $39.99 could not get taken out but I am still getting that £5.26 taken from my account every month from billingsvc.com.
I wanted to ask you guys for help, what phone number can I ring to speak to someone to get this payment stopped?? I emailed support@billingsvc.com but no one has replied.
Also if I get a brand new debit card from my bank, which will have a new number and security no etc.. is there any chance of billingsvc.com getting details of the bank account that the card is linked to?
Thanks for any help guys.

Hi Jaysood,
Shut it all down, if you cancel your debit card billingsvc will NOT be able to get the new number...also tell your bank that they have fraudulently been taking money from your bank...i signed up for a one off payment of $4.95, they took $9.90 then $60...i got all my money back...check out www.ripoffreport.com we are not alone, there are loads of victims out there!!
Hope this helps,
