Morning everyone,
looks bright & sunny peering out the gap in the curtains here
Last day in the office before best part of 3 weeks off (though essays to write...) so will have much more chance to potter & be OS
And to finish putting stuff that is still scattered around the house in assorted boxes back into new kitchen.
I really need to get back into my meal planning as that has slipped in the past month since kitchen was done, and to stop eating all the biccies/cakes/general junk I've slid back into eating, and get back into a healthier way of eating. I can see the difference on my skin (no spots) and feel much more energetic when I don't eat junk - I've just been lazy.... Am not waiting until my spa break in June to restart it, am going to do it now!!!!
Smokey - thinking of you and your children today. As someone said on yesterday's thread, we will be here a few weeks/months down the line when people think you should be fine and maybe you're not.
Wishing everyone a good day (((hugs))) for those that are feeling creaky/achy this morning.Live your life until love is found, or love's gonna get you down" (credit to Mika!)

Morning All
Please remember Smokey that we will all be beside you during the forthcoming days, offering you a hand to hold, an arm to lean on, a shoulder to cry on & lots of virtual hugs. I only wish we could all be there in person to offer our support.
Someone asked yesterday why Katy had 35 bananas in the kitchen, the answer is 'I don't know' most Friday evenings she goes shopping & buys 3 or 4 carrier bags full of bananas, she spreads them all over the kitchen surfaces & leaves them there all week, on a Sturday morning she makes a cake of all the manky ones by adding flour & coconut, I just assumed it was a tradition from home. I does mean all the local spiders hold regular dinner parties in my house to eat all the fruit flies. ROLL ON JULY!
I'm off to work.
Have a great day.
Hugs Hester

(((Smokey)))
Went to London yesterday to the Ideal Home Show. There didn't seem to be as much there this year as when I went before. Also had a quick mooch around some of the shops.
On the car front. It's the battery. BIL is getting another one where the old one is still under guarantee.
Got the joys of getting petrol for Mum later as I'm borrowing her car to get around at the moment.
Nothing else to report really
Hope everyone's okComping, Clicking & Saving for Change0 -

Good morning to everyone.
SMOKY - You were my first thought on waking today; I wish you and the LOs strength for today and always. Don't forget that we are all here for you. May Eric rest in peace - he fought a long and difficult battle, with you beside him. You can be truly proud of yourself, as he would be.
I don't feel able to say any more right now so will come back a bit later.
