  • Afternoon to you all

I went "nice shopping" and managed to pick up some bits for my holiday, then I went and pick a fabulous mirror I bought on Ebay (shall be back in shabby chic thread to pick up tips on how to paint it later), then wondered round another small town and finished off in Asda buying a few essentails to get me through the weekend. Shopping now put away and I'm sitting with a cuppa.

I should do some ironing tonight but my legs are killing me so will have to tackle that tomorrow

Not sure what I am going to eat yet

    Hugs to all

well I have had a very productive day cleaning and doing washing, problem is I should have been doing course work. :p
home made lasagne for tea which I am about to put in oven.
phone call GP consultation was pretty much a waste of time. knew what they would say, its a virus, come back next week if no better....but at least there is a record he's not well. tried to tell me his last bloods were normal, but I have insider information ;) I know his count was still subnormal which would account for him feeling so ill for a week with a virus...in saying all that he seems a bit better today.Typical!!

hope everything went as well as can be expected Smoky. x

smoky, you've been on my mind all day long. I hope you managed to find the strength from somewhere to get through today. If there is anything at all that we can do, just let us know and if we can help in any way we will.

Hugs to you and the children.

    Evening All,

Hugs to Smoky, I hope you and the LOs are bearing up after your day.

Kyle, hope your DS2 gets better soon.
Discount-Diva :hello: Glad you enjoyed your shopping, put your feet up - ironing can wait!
    Mumzy :hello: everyone else :hello:

To everyone else with poorly relatives or who are poorly themselves - hope you/they feel better soon.

Not much OS going on here today, in fact not much of anything going on here today, have been sat reading the forums all day and thinking lots of Smoky. Took DS to the Dentist this afternoon, right time - wrong day. I will try again tomorrow, which is the right day!:o

Take care all, including those missing (Catowen & Csarina - please come back).
