I think this is totally out of order.
Either they are a pub or they are not.
If they are a pub & they take a booking like this (WHICH THEY DID) then they should give the service promised & charged for.

They booked a private room with pre-determined menu.Don't see the problem.As it was pre booked,staffing would't be expected to be an issue.

The pub shouldn't have taken the booking if they couldn't handle it! They obviously just saw ££££ signs in their eyes :rolleyes:
