  • I had max holding for the last year and winnings weren't good, so after August draw, when I won nothing, I withdrew £15k to put in a 2 year bond fixed at 6.2%. This left me with £35k for this draw and I won £225, my best win 😊

1x £100 for me on just over £8k holding.  Impressively it came on a £50 bond I had won in July and re-invested.
  • £300 last month and £400 this month on £50k.

First month for me and £100 on £10k invested. Beginners' luck no doubt but happy with that :)

We have a total holding of ~ £84k - every month this year we have "won" with a maximum of £450 last month. HOWEVER, this month neither of us has won with the new rate of 4.65% - presumably this reflects the reduction in the number of smaller prizes!

Smaller prizes £100 or less have increased not reduced, you've just had a very unlucky month.

I put X amount of money into the bonds on 1st Sep. However, it says the first draw is November because you have to wait a full calendar month. Does it now make sense to withdraw and put back in around the end of September? In the mean time, I can earn interest on a current account. Have I understood right?
