£50 on max holding. Only once in the last 18 months have I won an "above average" win, with all other months winning just one prize (£50, £25) or nothing at all. Seriously thinking of taking all my money out and putting into a one year fixed for a £250 a month guaranteed return.

1 x £100, 2 x £50 on max.  £1700 for 2023 to date which I reckon is about 5% (and have to take into account what rates were in January) so ahead of the curve so perhaps have to brace myself for some blank months

I can't see the point of this thread, just random people posting wins or grumbles about no wins
But I won £750 this month. Woo Hoo. Hurrah. Yay :pB)<3
Yes, that's exactly what this thread is for.

£475 off £49k this month (4x£100, 1x£50, 1x£25). Follows on from £100, £125 and £150 the last three months so a nice upswing this month.

It's not what the thread was started for, but it's undoubtedly what it's become!  As can be seen from the first post, it was intended to collate data not just about winnings but dates of purchase, in order to validate, or disprove, OP's (readily debunked) theory that newer bonds win more prizes, but long since descended into a simple 'show and tell' thread....

Does it matter - it's an 18 year old thread and the OP hasn't been here for over 10 years. I think it's fabulous that it's still going.

If people don't like the direction it has taken, they're perfectly welcome to just ignore it, same as I do with the many threads I know nothing about.

Well the folk who bought bonds in Dec 22 and April 23 and picked up the two million pound prizes this month must be pretty pleased with their recent investments!

I got £125 and OH got £300 on full holdings. First decent payment for ages for OH.

Rolling year for OH is £1700 and me £1550.

No, it doesn't matter, I was just observing (in the context of a question about what the thread was for) that the thread changed tack but it wouldn't have taken long to answer the original question anyway, and as you say, OP disappeared ages ago!

I think the earlier comment about what the thread was about was tongue in cheek - at least that's how I read it - but then others started to comment too.
