£325 in prizes in August on £100k......puts us on target for around 3.6% return over 12 months.

That's the equivalent of 4.5% for basic rate taxpayers or 6% for higher rate payers.

I usually get my win payments on the 8th of the month, depending on what day it falls.

About 7 to 10 days.
Our July winnings were paid on 8th, June was paid on 10th etc.
