Agreed. I enjoy checking up on this thread at the start of a month once the results are in. I confess to experiencing a slight feeling of smugness when I win £25 on my £6,000 holding, as I did this month, and then read that people with much larger holdings have not won anything…

You should have seen how happy my sister was in getting £100 on a £2k holding!  I must admit I'm feeling a bit smug at the moment (sure to be short-lived) as I'm running at 5.11% on the rolling year and 4.something% since I started. 

In the early days I had a full holding and only won several £25s in the first 6 or 7 months, but since I took more than half out to fund a fix, I've done rather better (their increase in prizes and reduced odds obviously helped) - with 7 x £100 wins this year (three were last month) and a few £50s.  I added a bit more in, but none of those have won anything yet.  So, for now, I'm going to stick with my modest £22k and hope that it remains lucky.  It was only ever there temporarily, as my emergency fund, until I decided where to put it longer term, but it's doing okay for me for now, so I'll leave it be.

edit: This month I withdrew some, and selected to have it paid out after the August draw - the money landed in my linked account today (3rd).

That is good - and pretty consistent.  I make that 6.1%, which is up with the very best of the alternatives, with monthly interest.  I thought mine was decent with over 5%.  I hope it continues for you.

I have seen so many posts where the poster has gone quite a few months without a win on max holding.

I do feel a bit disappointed with  a winning month of just £75 but I then think of those poor posters who win SFA in a month, it does make me feel lucky then.  A bit.

Nothing for me on full holding giving me 2.2%.

this is my first time with bonds, it seems that I won £100, I checked my account it says so but I have not received any email saying that I won anything nor the money have been transferred to my bank account ( I chose this option)

when do they send emails? when do they transfer the money?

From memory, around 2nd/3rd working day, and 6th working day, respectively, so you should have received an email but not the money by this stage....

The email is useless anyway as it doesn't even tell you how much you've won. You still have to go and look it up.

I know I've had prizes this draw, but haven't had the email yet - I seem to get it later in the day on the 4th-ish, so maybe this afternoon. I expect the payment on Tuesday - 8th.
