I’ve been drip feeding money from other savings since February this year

    Total now held £6000

    I won 2 x £25 today.

Not a bad result. The £50 is reinvested

One year, 12 draws in, for what it's worth with 50k for both of us. My total £575, all 25s. Other half £850, all 25s except a single 50. So AERs of 1.15% and 1.7%.
  • For July £150 - 3 x £25 wins on £50k.
Running @ 0.6 % this year so far (£300 total)

The interesting thing is I had 5000 worth for many years and gradually built up to 50K over a few years by adding 10k here and there, so mostly old bonds giving the below average result. My partners 50k was bought in one go a year ago, and the new bonds have the above average result. I know there is no basis for this but I always had the impression whenever I topped up I had a run of prizes, which then seemed to settle down. ;)
