One x £25 for me this month.

On a balance of between 20-22K over this calendar year my prizes have totalled £350 and at least one prize won in 9 out of the 12 months.

Compared to my other savings accounts, and with the prizes being tax free I am reasonably happy with that.

On £25k, 5*£25 this month, 3*£25 last month.

    Can't last :)

4*£25 this month. That's £300 from the last three draws - on £33k. 3.6% AER or 4.5% equiv for a basic rate taxpayer over that period.

    Definitely can't last :)

First prize since June, £100. Chuffed. Until this year I'd never won anything over the minimum prize value.

    Christmas has come early: 1 x £500!

    Plus 2 x £25.

    That's £950 so far from April 2016, on £50k.

1.25% on £50k is £625, so I shouldn't get any more prizes for a while: if there is a God.

Hmm, so if I keep getting more prizes, that proves there IS NO GOD!

A Nobel Prize please, in what subject though? The knowledge that there is no ultimate sanction of hell and no ultimate reward of heaven will plunge the world into a destructive cycle of Dark Ages proportions. So not the Peace Prize then.

Which, as the first working day of January is tomorrow, is just what one might expect.
