All small ones up. Nothing here.0 -
I checked via this link and 1 x £25 and 1 x £50 in my 1st month in draw......woohoo!!
:j
But when logging on via password etc and looking at 1st to 3rd May it shows NO prizes.....
Does it take a while till the system catches up do you think?
Looking back over this thread, it seems sometimes people hear later in the month.....???
Either way, very happy if I have won SOMETHING!Notadamsmith wrote: »http://www.nsandi.com/savings-premium-bonds-have-i-won

It could still be sitting in 'Pending' in your account, that's where mine were hiding. They appeared on my balance the next morning.
Well Done on winning in your first month, let's hope for many more to follow :rotfl:0 -
Thank you missmolly!!
I will go and have a rummage in Pending.....:rotfl:It could still be sitting in 'Pending' in your account, that's where mine were hiding. They appeared on my balance the next morning.

Aw - nothing in pending.
I rang to check and they said the quick checker thingy IS accurate but it can take a few days to show up in the actual account.

If I register now will they take the funds out of my bank account today? I read that they need to send out a form for me to sign etc...
Just want to keep the funds I'm using for bonds in my "high interest" savings account for as long as possible before moving to my bank account to transfer to NS&I!0 -

Sorry I cant remember exactly how it goes when you first register, its been a while since I registered.
Hopefully someone who's registered recently can answer that bit for you.Just want to keep the funds I'm using for bonds in my "high interest" savings account for as long as possible before moving to my bank account to transfer to NS&I!
When I make a purchase I wait till the last day of the month (even if that falls on a Saturday or Sunday) because you have to hold them for a full calender month before they are entered in the draw.
For example if you bought them today you would waste the remainder of this month (May) and still have to hold them for a whole calender month (June) and they will be eligible for July's prize draw.
So if you do get registered leave the buying bit till the 31st May. If you have to buy some to register then maybe buy the minimum when registering and top up at the end of the month.
For example I bought some using my Halifax debit card on the last day of April, this is part of the email I got:Thank you for your deposit.
Your payment was received for processing at 17:53 30 APR 2013 - this will be your date of deposit. At the end of this message is a detailed receipt for your debit card transaction.
and the money is shown as being debited from my Halifax account on the 1st May.
Free-phone number for NS&I - 0500 007 007 - they're available every day from 7am till midnight.Never let the perfume of the premium overpower the odour of the risk0
