The luck is out there for some people - I see someone in Dudley won £1000 with a £1 bond (and a total holding of £1 !) bought in 1963......... what are the chances of him/her still living in the same house when the cheque arrives?0

Just able to login to NSandI for the first time - could someone tell me how soon the smaller prizes are posted ?
Think I've seen before that some people login and find one prize only to login later and find more ......
Thanks ...0 -

Does happen that very small wins get added to.
I login to my account to see if I'm a big winner - has never happened! - then wait until the small wins are all online for everyone to see, before checking.

Hi there, can anyone explain this to me please. I bought £20,000 worth of premium bonds in January 2012 and have just been on the premium bond site to check the winners for March (£1m - £1,000) wishful thinking I know but thought 'as good a chance as anyone I suppose'!! Anyway surprise surprise I haven't won. What I did find though is that someone in Cleveland won £1,000 on a bond purchased in December 2011 with the same number as one of my bonds, the only difference being the 2 letters!! How does that work??? I know ERNIE doesn't actually generate 'bond numbers' just random numbers that are then matched to actual bonds but I did'nt realise that duplicate numbers were sold to 'investors' by NS&I. Well done person in Cleveland0

Never let the perfume of the premium overpower the odour of the risk0
