The new NS&I website is confusing (and wrong) I inputted my holders number and it showed that I have not won this month, I then widened the search to find winnings in the last 6 months and the site showed I had not won in the last 6 months. Clearly I have, as I rec'd 4 cheques over the last 6 months - makes you wonder just what is going on and can we really trust the draws as being all they should be

I'm using my personal online account login ... are you? Once logged in, I select 'Prizes History' from the menu, input 'from' and 'to' dates and it gives me my history of prizes, now including April's.

The Premium Bonds prize checker on the front page was not showing my prizes correctly but when I logged in and selected prize history its showing Aprils winnings.

This month I got 1 x 25 & 1 x 100 have not had a £100 win in ages so will wait and see when it gets paid into my linked account before I'm :j.

Not sure about the new website layout since they launched the online service but my winnings have improved!

No haven't got round to registering yet (they buried the form so deep -had to ask 'em where to find it)- so I'm still on the commoners page

Strange, the date that's showing for me is 'March 2011'.

My parents have the same problem, cheques from feb and march have been received but when checking April and the last six months it shows no wins at all. Maybe they will iron out some kinks in the new system next week.

This new system of checking has to change. I have won numerous times in the last 6 months and it says I have no wins. Bring back the previous system please!

It seems to change all the time.

At the weekend, on the homepage the box was headed 'Have you won in the March draw'.

First thing this morning, it went back to 'Have you won this month'.

Now it's back to 'Have you won in March' again!

It was April at the start of the weekend, now it's March 2011 ....
