glider, I couldn't see how to register for the online service. Help, please.

You have to printout an application form (PDF), from the site, and post it to them with details of accounts.

Many thanks, glider and altocumulus - was hoping to do it online. I'll just wait to find whether I'm a smaller winner.

No problem - it took me a good 5 minutes to find where they'd hidden the application form - nowhere obvious when it should have been on the Home page .....

It took them almost 5 weeks for them to process the form for me.

Just checked my online a/c and I've won £25 in April :j

Not a fortune but better than a poke in the eye 'n all that :)

I've also just checked back on the past year and I've had 11 wins of £25 = £275 from a holding of £11,000. So that's a 2.5% tax free return in a period when the bank rate has been stuck at 0.5%. Not a bad result. :j Hope my luck will continue.

This time next year I'll be a millionaire :o

I'm not impressed by the new layout 'prize checker' page. The date only shows for a very short time, it's easy to miss it.

It took more for me - form was posted to them in last few days of Jan, Bonds added to my existing online account last week.

One would have thought, new web-site, why not have existing customers sign-up on-line; like most other banks do ...
