A clearing of your cache and size reduction is always be a good thing too, close IE and then via control panel and then internet options

The managing of browser add-ons is accessed with IE open, and then - Tools - Manage Add-ons - Enable or Disable Add-ons - - - within IE7, dont recall with IE8, but just hit F1 for help...and search for it!

Oh, and removing/disabling add-ons will speed up your browser generally!

Won £25 this month but i have not received it yet - not normally as late as this but i think they are making system changes this month, i think, hence the delay...
Have any other winners experienced delays this month..?

Same as you I am also experiencing delays this month with receiving what I have won.
As you say it might be down to the changes they are implementing this month also with it being the first draw of the year they may be behind on things.

That's what they say! As far as I'm aware the delays started in October'10 (when I last won a few pennies..). This month (Jan'11) I'm still waiting for my "huge" prize, despite NS&I having reduced the number and value of prizes substantially! So, it is obvious that savings are being made not only on money "dished out" but also on efficiency values! Talk about technical problems....my bonds!

Its daft in 2011 that they cant pay the prizes out electronically.

You have to register on their website (by post) and choose to have your prizes paid electronically once logged in.

I had an email reply they sent me only a few weeks ago saying they couldn;t do this and they had no plans to introduce the feature at present :mad:
