Good policy, Julian, since they go into the next draw after they were won, unlike new purchases. Not infrequently I won in that month on the newly reinvested bonds.
Something wrong there then. Unless you win a lot of money, the chances of winning anything with a reinvested prize at any time, let alone immediately, are pretty small.
"It will take, five, 10, 15 years to get back to where we need to be. But it's no longer the individual banks that are in the wrong, it's the banking industry as a whole." - Steven Cooper, head of personal and business banking at Barclays, talking to Martin Lewis

I don't know how many times, but quite a few, I won £50 the next month on a reinvested £50 win.

My last 4 wins have come from £5000/£2000 and a £500 block.

A bit O/T but I am now finding that every time I use the NS&I's 'Have I Won' facility, it brings back the result and then immediately takes Internet Explorer (IE8) Off-Line. It is doing this every time. No other website I use has this strange effect.

Is anyone else suffering this odd behaviour?

Not experienced that on the NS&I site...however on the little description you've provided....a potential area to look at would be for you to occasionally manage your add-ons .....prob have installed too many occasional use or unrequired bits (without getting too techy!) which begin to conflict with each other....and cause browser related quirks like what you have described...

A clearing of your cache and size reduction is always be a good thing too, close IE and then via control panel and then internet options

The managing of browser add-ons is accessed with IE open, and then - Tools - Manage Add-ons - Enable or Disable Add-ons - - - within IE7, dont recall with IE8, but just hit F1 for help...and search for it!

Oh, and removing/disabling add-ons will speed up your browser generally!

    Good Luck!

....back on topic - anyone know where ERNIE physically lives/exists !! ! ?
