Me and my 4 siblings were bought a £1 premium bond each in 1964 by grandparents. None of us have ever won. According to the premium bond checker on this site our chances with the one from this date are 0%

Just for what it's worth (or not worth in this case) I sold 25K of my 30K holding, leaving just the only bond block of 5K that had never won - hoping that statistically/law of averages it was due a win. The other 25K had all won small prizes of some sort. Well, this 5K block didn't win again.

A right old dud if you believe in such, and erm ahem the law of averages and probability explanation if you want to be all scientific about it.

Am cashing the 5K in now.

Total estimated lost interest £700 - HM Treasury says ta very much, muggins!

Well about time. I finally won £50 but from bonds bought in Nov 07 (therefore their first go in the draw:beer: ). Before this I had received sweet 0 since starting a regular saving in Jan 06.

Had i not won anything this month they were going to be cashed in and invested in this years ISA allowance. Might just keep them in for a few more months.....you never know.
