The November results were available on Tuesday, not Monday. The draw is on the first but you need to wait a working day to get the results. So this month for example the draw was done on Saturday but they didn't announce the results until Tuesday.

I think you'll find the draw is made on the first working day of the month, with the higher value prizes(£5k+) being listed on the same day. You can find them on the NSandI website.

The prize checker is updated on the second working day for all other prizes.

So this month it was Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4th.

That information actually becomes available around 11:30pm on the first day using the prize checker (a bit later for the app) - but it often still has the earlier month in the wording on the page - that seems to update some time after midnight.  So it might give your prizes for November, but actually say October.  I checked mine before I went to bed on Monday night around 11:40pm.

It also seems to become available on a Saturday where the Friday is the 1st, rather than the Monday.

The 1st being a Saturday is the route to a long wait anyway. There was something odd going on as it was saying results available in 4 days on the 4th on the 2nd.

I've never looked at mine that late, but have checked at around 2.00am on 'day 2' without any problems.

I noticed that too @Kim_13 - it said 4 days right up to Sunday night.

@dasherman - that rather depends on whether you consider 02:00am to be very late on one day, or very early on the next.   :D

If you keep good records of what you win each month, using the online history in your account, you will actually find the month to which the extra £25 was allocated.
I'm thinking it might be someone else's win - they may have found it in old paperwork and then paid it in with the wrong bank account details.
It will have been someone else's win but for whatever reason (probably deceased) they are no longer eligible.  Once NS&I find this out, they reallocate it but it gets reallocated to the month it was originally won.

Guess I'll just have to wait to see if NS&I actually tell me ! LOL
Just for others info. - @1spiral was absolutely spot on. My wife received a letter this morning outlining the reason for her £25 win on 29th October. Might be better if NS&I sent the explanation out more promptly. - £25 win is neither here nor there ...but what if it was a bigger re-allocation ? £thousands ? Can imagine someone sweating over whether to book that next holiday or look for a new car ......

Can someone tell me what happens if you win a larger amount and you are already maxed out? Does it show you that you won for example £25k? Or do you need to ring somewhere?
never won more than £275 but just curious
