Signed in this morning to withdraw some PB funds (from the same browser I've used before and that should be recognised) -Zaul22 said:Is the NS&I login system still unbelievably awful or has it improved by now? It was a few years ago I last tried them and it was borderline unusable.
Step 1 after password etc entered - received a phone call, input the number on the PC screen
Step 2 - input a number on the PC screen that they sent by text
Step 3 - answered two "memorable word" type questions.
Bit of overkill perhaps, but didn't get booted off or anything0 -

Oooh a £500 prize this month on an almost full holding. It is the first time I have won an individual prize over £100.
Won with a new bond just bought in a tranche on 29 September so eligible for its first draw.1 -
£125 win this month and a total of £1075 for the year.
ERF savings target = £20k by January 2028 ... October 2025 balance = £8217.86

Nothing this month and only £25 last on FH, as I'd already maxed out ISAs last two years after an inheritance. I just want to know whose big win am I paying for?! Aren't statistics and probablities fun?0

Despite my username, I was not the person reported as having won £1m this month!

Did anyone else check on Monday, didn't have any news and then got an email today???
It really confuses me though as theessage on Monday was "no luck in the October draw" and I thought that meant that all the eligible tickets from October had been drawn. But then it turns out the draw for the month is at the start. May e I'm just having a senior moment.
Anyway. £50 this month! First time I have beaten my husband all year!0 -
The November results were available on Tuesday, not Monday. The draw is on the first but you need to wait a working day to get the results. So this month for example the draw was done on Saturday but they didn't announce the results until Tuesday.WindfallWendy said:Did anyone else check on Monday, didn't have any news and then got an email today???

I don't know why they do it this way. Maybe it's so that they could go round to the houses of the two £1M winners on Monday and tell them that they've won. I also don't really get why they do that, but there you go.2 -
I like the fact that they do that - it shows something of a duty of care. I can imagine that a lot of people would be freaked out by such a large win, and would benefit from a voice to advise them of next stepsEl_Torro said:WindfallWendy said:Did anyone else check on Monday, didn't have any news and then got an email today???
