hi ive been doing online shopping with ASDA for a couple of years and always found them very obliging when you ring to say you have been overcharged or products missing etc....i even rung to tell them i had some of someone elses order once and they told me that because I had been honest enough to ring them they werent sending the driver back to collect it as the person would have already rung to say they didnt have their order and would have been refunded.....nice wee freebie of a 10kg of spiral pasta and 8 jars of pasta sauce lol....never look a gift horse in the mouth huh!!!!

Just goes to show that honesty is the best policy...well done :T you deserved your freebie.I too have always found Asda customer services most obliging.I hope you enjoyed all your pasta :D

does anyone know what asdas policy on mis-priced items is? I bought a CD tonight some were labelled as 9.77 & others 7.97 so of course i bought the one at 9.77 took it to cs and got 1.80 back - i thought i read somewhere about gift voucher ??

If you have their magazine rip out page 96 and carry it with you to Asda:

    Quote:

If you are not happy with any purchase of an Asda branded food product (including dairy, meat and instore bakery), return it for a full refund and a replacement (excludes Georger, home&leisure and entertainment purchases).

Obviously a blip that it does say Asda brand but at least you can argue the point if you take something of theirs back.

Getting a bit annoyed with them now. Ordering fruit and getting too much

For example, I ordered 2KG of bananas and they sent over 3kgs I wouldn't mind but they have charged me for them
    :p
  • Thanks everybody for all the codes:T

I have just used a £10 off one and have stored 6 free del, one £5 off and 1 £10 off for the next few shops:j

Hi There,If you ring them they will more than likely credit you and if you look on the saynoto0870 site you may find a cheaper telephone number to use ;)

Didnt need much hopping this week so thought I would take advantage of a £10 to get some Christmas stuff ie 2 tins choccys, crackers etc.

Jacobs crackers 200g should be £1.03, charged £2.98. Looked online and price is £2.98 but was £1.03 when ordered (£1 in £1 shop). Rang Cs and the price is right on their screen. Credited but watch the price on that one.

Also Danone yogs 1/2 price, charged full amount so sent them back thinking the offer had ran out only to find out it hadnt so now have to go to shop to get some.

Cant really say too much when using vouchers though can you. At least it paid for the sweeties!:T

Does Asda have a price promise does anyone know? 2 tins chocs £9 in Tesco the other day.

  • Nothing new in the way of £10 off spends?

This thread still needs stickying - I cannot believe all the request that have been ignored.

Also, it stills needs filtering down to just codes. I can't be bothered to trawl through all this just to see who is buying what - it's discount codes I am interested in.
