  • Yes, I agree. The Tesco voucher thread has one for discussion and one for VOUCHERS ONLY.

I need more vouchers and don't have enough time to sift through the chat on this one. Please people just put codes on here!:D

Instead of always saying about making it sticky why dont people just save the link in your favourites or bookmarks and then it takes you straight to it everytime. That's what I do!!!:D

 Such a nice person, you must be happy to make "newbes" feel so welcome. Nice guy.
My point was simple and helpful for those who know where it is. Instead of wasting SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much time typing it over and over again and getting no where.
Pardon me for trying to offer some useful advice. You are obviously faaaaaaaar more experienced than me since you are a(cough) "not so newbie"!
I am asking for codes because I have used all the ones on here, not because I am incapable of searching.:p

Placed my first order with Assa last night for delivery today between 3-5 its now 5.30 and no goods have been delivered and no one has rang to give us any information.

I have just rang and they didnt seem that bothered. It was only when I told them it wasnt good enough that they gave us back the delivery cost. Now waiting for the driver to ring me to findout whats going on. I noticed in the t&C that "6.1 We always aim to deliver Your products within the delivery slot We have agreed with You, but We cannot accept liability if We deliver the products outside of this slot or don’t deliver all or any of the products in Your order."

Cant say I am impressed !

My ASDA shopping was delivered on Saturday and as usual there was payment pending from my bank account from 5pm Friday night, not accounting for the £10 off e-voucher I got from here but that was fair enough
The final (lower)adjusted payment has gone from my account today, but the original is still pending on my account- basically I couldnt draw on it but its not left
Rang Asda and the bank and they both say this is aholding amount and should drop off after so many days- is this normal??

I wrote about this earlier in the thread. The bank told me they cannot remove it untill Asda tell them to or if I ask them to but only if its been pending for 5 working days before they will by my request. It has happened to me every time out of the 5 times I have shopped with them. I have had to ring up everytime to get it removed.

Asda should have rang the bank and got it taken off when you rang rather than say it will drop off in so many days, according to my bank it doesnt drop off and why should you have to wait anyway. The customer service agent who spoke to you prob wasnt aware of it.

I don't keep too much in the account I use for online shopping and I don't expect to have to make sure I have doiuble the amount in just because Asda have a stupid way of doing it. Tescos do not do this. I logged into my account one day and found a balance of minus whatever which sent me overdrawn. I was really angry and phoned Asda and they rang my bank to get it removed bringing my account back up in credit that day. Luckily I didn't get charged that time because I explained to my bank and amazingly they let it go but if I had I would have approached Asda for the cost
    Thanx
