  • I think we need a new thread of Asda codes and codes ALONE. This thread is rapidly becoming more like 'The life of an Asda shopper'

Just rang CS and they are refunding the 2 delivery charges for being late.

She was a very agressive lady who hardly let me get a word in and tried to bluff it off by saying that if the shop rang to say they would be late and you accept etc but I said I could hardly go and do shopping elsewhere at 10pm.

So thank to the members who posted about this as I certainly didnt know about it.

Hope they're late tomorrow :rotfl: :rotfl:

3rd delivery 1 hr early. Damn I wanted them to be late to get a delivery refund:rotfl:

Not too happy though as several of the offers have changed and not for the better. Soap powder up 48p, pie up 32p. Shouldnt moan I suppose as did use a voucher code but I'm still going to ring them about it:rolleyes:

You can still get a refund for an early delivery - I did on a 45minute early delivery. I phoned customer services and quoted their 'No Excuses Guarantee' page thus 'We know how important it is that we deliver on time. In the unlikely event that we can't, we'll be sure to let you know, and we will refund your delivery charge.' It doesnt mention that it is only valid if delivery is late.

It is one thing being early or late if the store phones you, another thing entirely if they dont.

Posted this in the credit card thread too, but if you apply for Asdas credit card, they are offering free shopping delivery for 6 months.
