Just incase this is useful to any one, the Asda site states:

"We know how important it is that we deliver on time. In the unlikely event that we can't, we'll be sure to let you know, and we will refund your delivery charge."

This is clearly stated under their No Excuses Gaurantee. I have had to use this a few times as the Asda store near me is massive and also massively under staffed so they are late ALOT but I keep goin back as I get it for free when they are late. Just thought I'd give you that little nugget.

Any more active codes for money off shopping please???? Desperate plees.

Mine was late by 1 hour as driver's van broke down. Rang customer services who refunded the delivery charge, also refunded my £20 as I said I had to go out and buy some stuff I needed for the late delivery (vodka being one!).

When the driver arrived they were like, "okay, let's see how much refund WE can give you" ... they started at £15, then they said no £20 and on my last return to the van they said they'd just make the shop for free - by cancelling it when they got back to the store!!! Which they did as it is no longer in my order histroy online and my order was £85!

can you only use each code once... I love it. Had my first shop delivered this morning 11-1 delivery slot - arrived at 11.06 am - cant say it was late! They had substituted some of the items but when I queried that the eggs I had ordered were on special and the eggs that came weren't he said its okay we'll just refund you and you can keep them. Cool. Will definately shop again if its that easy.

The 10 off discount was not listed but it does say it will not have been charged to the card - hope this is right. Thanks again xxx

Hiya,Yes that is right the £10 e-voucher will be deducted before they charge your card and I have found that refunds are paid in fairly promptly.Well done Asda :>)

You can see how much you have actually been charged if you go to my orders in your account.

Also thanks to those who mentioned the refund for late delivery charges as both my orders have been late so will try to get the delivery refunded tomorrow.

Why not open an a/c in your partner or offspring's name and then you can use them again? I am sure that you can use the same payment card, you just need a different email address.

really i will do that but i am living with my sis who is 16 and im only one with a visa card.
