  • Well....that was my second try at ASDA online shopping...its great!! The only bit I hate is if you go to check your order you have to check out again....

My order arrived today 50 minutes outside the slot....he did phone to let me know.....and one item was missing...KIWI fruits!! I phoned ASDA and the guy creditted the account and when I mentioned the order being late....her gave me FREE DELIVERY....not bad having used a £10 off code...

    Well done asda:T

We are first timers and Mrs. Gambler has just phoned to say she is well pleased as the whole process took about 10 mins and saved all the hassle involved in taking our 5 month old son to the store.

Spent over £100 and apart from 2 cartons of whole milk (one of which expires tomorrow) when we ordered 1 whole and 1 semi-skimmed we are very pleased.

Didn't bother ringing about the milk, not worth it for 85p.
  • Complained about lots of items delivered with a very close to sell by date, customer services failed to respond to my complaint within 48 hrs so phoned them, they had also charged delivery on my two orders because i had used a 10 pound off voucher brining the total to under 50, however when i mentioned, that during checkout the delivery charge was taken off, they immediatley refunded 3 lots of shopping delivery and stated that there is a problem with the website which is being investigated, as for the items of shopping i was not happy with, she explained that she would have to phone the store in question and discuss with the store manager. 30 Minutes later she called back and informed me that she had refunded all the items mentioned and doubled the amount, told to keep the items that i was not happy with, so 100 Pound shop, 2 x 10 off vouchers free delivery on both orders 7.98 and a refund of 47 ponds makes a grand total of 74.98 refunded not to mention the multi save items. I was very pleased with the response from customer services and did have a genuine greavance

Had our second delivery. Late again but they did ring.

Cannot complain at all. Much preferable to Tescos at the moment, and cheaper (even though you dont get points). Lovely girl delivery driver. Only a couple of things out of stock and one sub which was for a much dearer item anyway.:j :j

AGGGGGGGGGGGGGG Looks like the Asda site has got its act together, and when you do the multisaves the amount now works out with the discount taken off, mabye the end of fantastic £10 odd shops.
