I was just browsing through asda terms and conditions and found this little nugget:

3.3 In addition to the price, a delivery charge of £3.99 will also be payable by You.

So anyone who has ever been charged more for delivery, e-mail them and ask for a refund - worth a try!

I amended your full list: It is pretty comprehensive apart from:

    [strike]M4 DD LJ 77 = £10 off £35[/strike]
    [strike]M4 VB EH F2 = £10 off £50[/strike]

Crossed-out means they have already expired.

Nice full break-down for people though... well done.

I got my shopping last week and got £10 off - excellent service with no substitutes

Has anyone got the free delivery code and £10 off at the same time??
If so - how did you do it?

(Not the C Card holders - I don't want one - got a GE card instead)
  • You can only get free delivery and use an evoucher if you have the ASDA Credit card and spend over 50, i got my delivery today and allot of items had rubbish dates, some had use by dates that were only days away, i have complained to customer services, i think the online shopper gets a raw deal, they send you all the stuff about to go out of display date.

We are first timers and Mrs. Gambler has just phoned to say she is well pleased as the whole process took about 10 mins and saved all the hassle involved in taking our 5 month old son to the store.

Spent over £100 and apart from 2 cartons of whole milk (one of which expires tomorrow) when we ordered 1 whole and 1 semi-skimmed we are very pleased.

Had our first delivery on Wednesday. They rang to say they would be late because they had trouble with the van but I didnt mind as at least they ran.

When the order arrived the pickers (who are all young apparently) had mucked up the Pepsi order so I ended up with 4 packs instead of 6 but apart from that it was great.

All the meats for sandwiches were dated around the 14th October. Cheapo mint sauce had been substituded for expensive one but charged at the cheap price (not like Tesco).

Bread out of stock but that was a relief as I'd been to Makro to get a 'free Charmin toilet roll' offer and landed some really reduced meat for the freezer.

Very impressed for what is only their second delivery in this area. (plus I found used a £10 off evoucher on here).:T

I got charged the delivery card even though paid with an Asda Credit Card was told it was because i had used a £10 off evoucher code so it was either or , was gutted.
  • This happened to me but as long as your shopping bill before discount is 50 or more then you should get free delivery, i phoned customer services and stated the order number and they refunded my 3.99.
