I must say that I really like if asda substitute anything for a more expensive item they only charge whatever the cost of your original item was.Thanx

They accept their own vouchers....as you can either use them instore or enter the e-voucher code thats printed on them when using your online account. When things in life start to weigh heavy on your shoulders, and people all around are having a go, just smile and think.......Fxxk em!0 -

He did not give me a receipt or anything what will happen now? I havent heard anything as yet and my account isnt showing any refund due. Should I have informed them at the online number?
I've shopped with them quite a few times and I've always assumed that they take returns into account automatically - saying that, during my last disaster with them I discovered that they hadn't on that occasion (but maybe they were just trying to see how many things they could get wrong on one shop!!). What does seem to happen, however, is that they charge you the total shown on the list given to you by the driver (less any e-vouchers), then if there are any refunds, they do it as a seperate transaction, which apparently takes 10 (working?) days to appear in your account. Seems a bit off to me - I'm fairly certain with other shops it all happens in the one transaction
I did ask about vouchers (£x.00 off when you buy y) - they won't accept them. They will, however, take old carrier bags back to recycle (although you tend to have to ask - I kept forgetting, so last time I had a bin bag full! :rolleyes:0 -
With Tescos you either give unsuitable items back to the driver or ring up and they refund your card there and then which takes about 3-4 days to show up in your account. 10 working days I hope is a max that Asda are quoting because nothing ever takes that long in my bank account, so if it does they are taking a long time doing it. I'll post it here how long it takes anywayThanx

I think the special offer Pepsi runs out on Monday. Did an order for Tuesday and it added the cans at full price. Changed the delivery to Monday it put it back on special.

If I get the Asda credit card and use it to get free delivery can i still use a £10 off £50 voucher?
Thanks0 -
yes you can use the evouchers with the credit card, when you check out the asda page automatically takes off the delivery and adds the voucher, last night did two different shops with the same delivery slot, just spent 50 pounds then went to checkout used a voucher, after checkout, finished the rest of my shopping on a new shop again upto 50 pounds, used two vouchers, 1 for each shop, but both being delivered at the same time and saved 20 quid on the two shops and free delivery with asda credit card.Regards

Thanks, I'll apply now. I've checked quidco with no luck, is there a better way of applying rather than Asda direct i.e. incentives?0
