Awww juliejim bad news honey, did you use a council MOT centre? With the dog food I keep spare sacks in the garage then a 15kg sack goes into a spare bin in the utility as I always end up spilling it when I use it straight from the sacks.

Solway, you're definately flying today, well done for jumping in to help your brother aswell.

boddy sounds like it's been a right week for you, families eh!

Well not done much yet, been back to bed more than anything else :o I think I'm getting this rotten cold the boys have. Getting the boys to play upstairs and watch TV at on the bed was much easier with them both being unwell. DP dealt with DSs after 4am when he got in until 6am when he went to bed so I got some sleep then but they were up and down like yoyos before that. Anyway been working in my PJs in small bursts, because I needed to do 'on hands and knees jobs' seen no point putting clean clothes on, think I will get dressed after I've sorted DSs lunches.
One day I might be more organised...........

That cupboard in the last picture is what I cleared out yesterday and was FULL except for where her clothes were hanging!

Going to prove interesting painting over the hearts which go right around the room except on the doors

Oh johanne is it a Beardy? You don't need to give them locusts, they can manage on a fruit/veg/crickets diet (with supplement powders) and do fine on it, because of lack of local suppliers mine only had one box of Locusts last year. Some will eat the dry food mixes that are out now but mine refuses it, think he's a bit old to retrain onto it to be honest. Locusts, worms etc can be used as a treat but not necessary really.

yeah its a beardy... shes really fussy eater and wont eat any veg except cabbage and turns her nose up at the dry food too! Even though we tried her witl allsorts when she was a baby... She usually has large crickets and cabbage (loves my homegrown stuff specially!) but it was suggested we try give her a few locusts every week or fortnight by the breeder we bought her from now shes an adult... Personally i think OH spoils and overfeeds her though... She looks fat compared to the adult ones in the pet shop where we get her food plus she has a specially built enclosure (5ft high 3 ft square base) instead of a tank.. and so theres always crickets available to her cos they hide after feeding and you can never tell when they are all gone! So OH will put more in the next feed thinking shes eaten then all... and then suddenly they all appear out of hiding ..!! Sure she has a feast when were not looking!! :rotfl:

Did 2 hours OU reading this morning! Got an assignment due 8th april and fell a bit behind so need to catch up .. but OH is on nights tonight so i can watch my dvds and listen to my audios tonight.. rock n roll sat night here!:rotfl:

Will catch up on flylady list tonight and tomorrow.... i promise :o

Have a good day everyone xxxx

Nicki, maybe try a cheap paint as an undercoat or you could maybe try a 'stain blocker' over the hearts which I have found very useful when covering dark coloured areas.

johanne, sounds like a right fuss pot but maybe because she can get away with it :rotfl: mines fave is strawberries, tomatoes etc seems to favour red foods, kale or spinach he prefers to cabbage. I do buy many thing specifically for him as he likes things we don't, usually the hedgehog shares what we don't eat like the kale. His tastes have changed as he's got older, always worth trying them on new things, being a 'wriggle feeder' mine likes worms in with his veg, it makes it move so he eats it :rotfl: There is nothing wrong with giving them locusts aswell, just with you saying you dislike touching them etc. Overfeeding of course isn't good for them, but only a good herpatologist would be able to tell you if she was overweight. I use this place for all my things, advice etc http://www.britnett-carver.co.uk/c2c/beardies.html the shop is great and the staff are brilliant. My son was asking the other day how old Woody is, realised then that he's 9 years old now, blimey.

DH has a new xbox game too, so I won't see him for weeks. On the plus side, I can go out at night without him doing his sad face and I can probably spend a fortune on summer clothes for the kids and he won't notice. :T :A

lol I like your style, speculate to accumulate ;) :rotfl:

Had a tough couple of days, went to see OH on Thurs and drove straight (well not literally!) into the middle or a funeral. First time it's happened to me, I just sat in the car until they went and then took flowers to DH. The grave diggers were filling in and it was horrible hearing the thud onto the box (still can't say the word) as the soil went in. Then Friday I went to get the final death certificate, more of that on Stormy's thread.

Anyway so far today have taken A for swimming lessons and erm that's it, well apart from catching up on here!!!

Going to have lunch in a mo and then get on with a stock check as it is financial year end for me. Will rope in A to help count, W would want to play with all the stock!

Have read the thread but honestly can't remember what has happened to who :o so hugs, choc (for those not on diets :p) and ooohs and awwws as appropriate.

I went a rummaging under the stairs and I found multi-surface primer :D Guess how I'm covering up the hearts ;):rotfl: Also got all the bits out and discovered I've got no filler left so filling in the holes will have to wait. Mind you I might cheat and plug the holes with blutak (they're only from where ex put wiregrips on the wall to hold down DD's speaker wires) and paint over it, done that before and its not noticeable on small holes. :o I might even put a coat of white paint on the walls today or tomorrow as I could do with the free time next week to sort out house benefit stuff.

Also spoke to ex and arranged a surprise visit tomorrow on his way back. DD doesn't know so I'll just get her to answer the door when he gets here ;)

Right, off to check on Freecycle and arrange for stuff to be collected about 7pm ish. :D Will try and update Turbolister as well. Then I'm going to go and get changed into my decorating stuff and some rubber gloves so I can do this primer stuff
