lol i'm very greedy about drawers - in my defence....you know that horrid shelf thing you always have in a bedroom due to the stairs being underneath? well, we have one of those in our bedroom. we found a chest of drawers that fit perfect on it...well, actually two did, lol, so that's 14 drawers there. then there's 5 underneath the wardrobe, and i have bureau in their with 6 so that's 25 (ok i was wrong). omg i forgot the bedside cabinets so that's another 6. we have 31 drawers in the bedroom:rotfl: .
oh, and i've done none of them because dd had some maths homework and couldn't do it. it's those horrid if there are 108 children and a mini bus has 20 seats...how many mini buses do you need. she can do all other maths but she just doesn't get these. does anyone know of any websites that could help? she just gets mad at me.
right, i'm off to clear one of my 31 drawers!!! 7 are empty!! xx0 -
I'm just working on the dreaded conservatory. DD is helping me so far she's sorted all the shoes out for me. They're lined up in the hall - about 8 rows of them so you can't actually get up the stairs without treading on them or get to the front door!NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20

 24 drawers in a bedroom
We've got six in ours and DH has five of them. I have to cram my few bits in one drawer. I have got one side of the wardrobe but he has the other side, all three top boxes and half the wardrobe in the spare room. And he still tries to tell me he needs more jumpers.....
Just seen it's actually 31 drawers!0 -
right - WM now on 3rd load of clothes, so i shall go to the ball! (if the theatre tickets arrive on time - but that is another story by itself.)
I've just hung the 1st load up and put most of the 2nd one in the TD. I noticed that the fitter hasn't done that good a job of hoovering upstairs, so i might go and do that again before it trails everywhere and annoys me. And i might be kind and wash up as DH has said he will take DS to nursery tomorrow, so that saves one load of running around for me. Think i will leave to pick DS up when i have done that, so a HHC then i suppose. - well about 45m.0 -
My windows look a bit better, done 5 of the 6 inside panes. Had to stop because my thumb was really sore and i had lost all feeling in my feet:o Just had a cuppa so am going to do the last pane then tidy up the mess i have created. Will do the outside ones another(preferably warmer)day:D
Soup is made, added the lentils once i had remembered:rotfl:
LO's bedding all done, it was wet this morning.
