G&B hope your finger has stopped bleeding now, that throbbing pain is horrid - you need to keep the finger raised (above your heart I think)

Fi I hate situations like that, I'm a wimp so I'd do it. On Sunday Grandma was at our house with Mum and Sis but my OH took her there and back even though it is practically on route for both of them - Mum's car is too low for Grandma and my sis is selfish. I won't lower myself to her standard and OH was fine with doing it. But Grandma is 88, could not manage the 2 buses to get here and doubt there would have been any. How does your sis get on with your Mum?

JJ - glad it is not only be doing kids rooms. I have a huge pile of stuff from DS2's room. He was great at helping, trying on. Stopped for lunch 2 hours ago now so I need to go up and get it finished before I go to town.

I've got a headache today aswell - had it since yesterday - wonder if it is the weather - I always get them when a storm is due.

Mudbath - are you taking comfrey for your wrist?

Not that we should let her join us, having 24 drawers in a bedroom, sheesh, I have 12, 4 of which are teensy and half of those DP uses, hence why I need this new wardrobe building as it also has 3 drawers in which I am nabbing!!!

I have 9 small ones and I sorted them all. Mudbath's just greedy - either that or she's got far too many clothes!

I've put the ironing away as well as I was sorting through so that's another job finished!

Okay, strawberries and ice-cream coming up - I shan't tempt you with chocolate sprinkles - got to think of your diet!

SIL and mum tolerate each other really. They have had some massive rows in the past but have been fine the last few years. When SIL brings my DS home later i'll quiz a little as there may be a reason she had told mum to get the bus i.e. my mum annoyed her!

HHC is a Half Hour Challenge. Basically you spend half an hour doing as many jobs as you can and then report back. Quite often we do them together then we know someone else's rushing around the same as us!
