hex2 wow what a huge landing, that's as big as my sons bedroom I think :rotfl:

luby your little one sounds like a darling, can I borrow her because mine are at school all week, noone to do the kids lists for me :rotfl: hope the other is better soon.

Well I got myself all chewed with this assignment, went to do the next part and have realised we're missing a programme and files to actually completely, I was looking everywhere for it but have now realised we don't have it, so I have been calling round at the OU trying to sort out getting one, have emailed the tutor to ask for an extension, as if it's not bad enough chasing tails when half of our stuff went to the old address then this. ARGH!! If the tutor says no (someone said she isn't very nice) then I'll just back out of this course for this year and just do the other 2. Can do without the stress.

Ok, rant over, for now. DSs home, DP actually walked to the school with me to get DS2 which was weird. DS1s gone to bed which is unlike him but he was up from VERY early this morning (4.30am) which is probably why I'm also feeling a little 'snappy' having to get up with him because he couldn't get back to sleep. We've got to go out at 5.30pm and I have every intention of leaving him to lay down until 5.20pm feed him then go, if he sleeps or not I don't mind as long as he's ok behaved this evening. Need to sort the clubs money box and stuff out before we go, few of the spreadsheets to update etc.
One day I might be more organised...........

MOJT - She's 5 and she is a little cutie. She's a very caring little girl - always thinking of others.

Come on Dusty Kitten - get moving - you won't need that extra jumper. Since joining this thread I think I've saved a fortune on heating. I just don't need to turn it on as much in the day as I'm moving around more.

Hex2 - Now we've seen photographic evidence there's no getting out of it. We all want to see the 'after' picture by the end of the week!:rotfl:

Anyway - where's that Pigpen - I actually believed she did everything on the list then I hear she's not cleaned her oven for 5 years! Anyone'd think she had 8 kids or something!!!:rotfl:

I was shamed into doing mine cos it was on the list every week so put the stuff on last night and cleaned it this morning. Just need to polish my halo now!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Will polish your dad's too Nicki & Johanne, what a star he is!

Ok, seriously now - here's the list for the rest of the day:
    Finish cooking tea
    WM
    TD
Wipe woodwork in hall & stairs - hoovered already on Sunday -as was lounge so may give that a miss too.
    Clean front door
HHI - to be done tonight while Holby on.

    See you all laterx

Thanks for the encouragement - I am cold because I never never have the heat on during the day - it comes on for 2 hours in the morning and not back on until 4:30pm. Kids kept going in the garden and I had openned the upstairs windows hence the chill. I am warmer now but not taking the woolie off - DS3 swimming lesson soon, all the other parents complain how hot it is in their but I love it - I'm some sort of reptile I'm sure.

Can't hoover stairs/landing as DS2 gone to bed with a headache and feeling shakey:confused:

Just making a cuppa, cooking DS3 tea, washing pots to go in to be ready for me and the boys when I get back. Hope to get landing wiped before I go.

I've cleared the hotspot of papers what was on my desk for the past 2 weeks :D Now they're in a box file :o I will get around to filing them properly but the pile was so big I just couldn't bring myself to do any more shuffling of the papers but everything to do with my OU/jobcenter courses are now filed, along with anything to do with things since ex moved out. I know there are a couple of stray OU papers in the box file but thats my finance application which I need a clear head to do something I don't have ATM  Also sorted out a pile for recycling, and shredding and found the engagement card I bought for Johanne and her fella, oh and the one DD made for them as well.:o Oopps Sorry Sis! I think I might set DD too on the shredding pile but that will have to be under supervision so she doesn't clog it up!

DD has spent another 15 minutes going through the desk in her room so she's been helpful :D She's now doing a "masterpiece" to put in a frame on the wall for me out of wax crayons, old wallpaper (thanks Johanne!) and then we'll bluetack some family pics on it before we put it in the frame :D Well its keeping her quiet ;)

Right, off to tackle the kitchen and make the evening meal - what I don't know as DD has asked for Pizza but I think its time we had a proper meal as the past few days have been picky food and distinctly lacking in fruit & veg :o

    Hi everyone!
FINALLY managed to get to the computer to post!! Kids and Club Penguin - what a scary combination!

Love the kids list - mine are matching shoes. Mummy definately has the most and won't be parted from any of them!!! You can never have too many friends or shoes!

Right, DH and DF have been decorating the kitchen all day, so house smells of paint! Am about to start cooking tea (pasta with tomato and spinach). Will be flying later to get all sorted!

    Hugs to all in need!

    Hi everyone:hello: .

Now back from my M&Ds. Its absolutely freezing in my house so I've put the central heating on :p . I'm sure M&D have the CH on round the clock (and then start opening windows  ), my body has spent the last few days getting used to it and I've not stopped shivering since I got home.

Have yet to start any flying 'cos I've spent the last hour catching up on the thread! Will start on the hoovering now and see where that leads to. (Will warm me up too!)

PS: All you flyladies with kiddies are brilliant :T . Where do you get the energy from?! You'd think as a singleton my own mess would be limited (soooo not the case), but then no-on else is bothered by it so it gets left. Really embarassing when I get visitors tho :o . Hopefully a few weeks of flying and I'll be a changed woman :j .

Well it worked for me, it is now done:

    Hotspot2.jpg

I even went through the blanket box and sorted all the fabric out and went through as much of the boxed paperwork as I could. One pile of paperwork that OH will have to go through left - his work stuff so I can't do it. One large bag of fabric off cuts to go to school (unless anyone is Leics based and wants them - much too big for posting) and some stuff I promised to nursery bagged and ready to go tomorrow. Books are still double stacked despite having ten bookcases. They are now at least grouped and on clean shelves. Pleased with myself but it has highlighted how cluttered the rest of upstairs is. We have plenty of bookcases, but no cupboards and no loft to hide things in. Only wardrobe is on our room but we can't use it or everything grows mould........

Looking at the picture I can see somehting has fallen dwon the back of the box. I didn't do it all then. Off to sort it out right now.

Now just need to decide what to pick for tomorrow afternoon....

A first to go in the record books - DPs just built something the day it arrived!!!!! Flippin' heck, I'm in shock. Suppose however it is his PC chair and the wardrobe is still in the boxes it came in, but not moaning!

Well done hex :D what a difference.

    Right, time to get sorted
