    This is a scam that recurrs every few months. They usually claim to be the Birmingham Collections Centre and ask you for details of your Natwest or RBS account, although this approach may vary. There is no Company of this name listed in the Birmingham Telephone directory. Natwest have no record of their telephone number (08453039014) and advise you to ignore the call. I have been on forums and seen recent postings listing this scam. It seems they are launching a new attack, just in time for Christmas. Nice people!!

    not sure it is a scam as most Natwest numbers begin 0845 30 and the website www.natwest.com/paybycard is a natwest site.
