I just checked back to the last time I sent articles to WS and it was 6 May. Like everyone else, I've not had anything back this time. I keep WS on my task bar at the top of the screen so I have a handy link. I noticed that for almost a couple of weeks I was getting the same page with 'topics closed', despite refreshing. Quite by chance, I clicked on the 'Comment here' tab and discovered they'd updated with lots of topics! I got writing immediately and sent about 6 in before they closed all the topics again.

Oh, well, fingers crossed we'll see something soon

Still ... no login from the WSTech since Monday morning (19th). SO ultimately, I do not really anticipate that they have had any real intentions to keep us upto date. I mean I am no website design maneger but surely it doesn't take this long to make some progress with the website and/or sending out any payments. They are working so hard that they cannot find 5 minutes to keep us up to date?

I know it sounds an ungrateful rant and I know they are giving us a good opporunity to make some extra money but really, it ought to be run better, as a professional business should and in reality, we are being used to make them profits so surely they could pay us the tiniest bit of respect by keeping us up to date.

I think tomorrow should be the test day, they have had ample time and opportunity to upgrade the site. Many of us are owed payments, they may be small but we completed our part of the contract by submitting the comments it is now up to them to keep up their side. I think if payments do not appear tomorrow we should start contacting them directly again, through the previous contact details for Matt etc.

Not rambling Andy, very valid points.

I'm with you on this, and I suspect many others will be too.

Their web site hasn't had an update message since 9 May, and it's 22 May now! What does that say about them, and what they think of their commenter's?

I apologies for forgetting who you are, but whoever said "this site seriously needs some competition" hit the nail right on the head.

I still think the site is a good one, but it is the victim of it's own success. But have to add that now they know where a lot of there commenter's are from they should keep us updated. If they don't they run the risk of this thread dropping so far down the pages that we forget about it.

Perhaps they want us to forget about it, perhaps they just want to slip away quietly and hope everyone forgets they owe us money?

It is a very strange way for a modern ecommerce business to be operating.

I got paid once, but I've lost count of the paydays I didn't get paid. I could work it out, comments wrote on 2 May, still not even been approved.rejected.

Will it be third time lucky for me?

I have had 2 payments, but I did submit quite a few more comments. The stats show that I am due £11.00 with 29 still to be considered, how long do we give them. Their silence is deafening, but maybe we are powerless to do anything?
