  • This is becoming rather annoying again ... after late last week having represantiatives keeping us up to date for a day or so we are now in the same boat as we were this time last week.
Still, Writers:Share is not up and running properly with no new topics but most importantly, no updates on what is happening from anyone associated with Writers:Share, nor any payments from the week the website was up.

    Dissapointed again slightly.

At a minimum, I would hope that those from Writers:Share who came on last week have the !!!!!! to continue to monitor this site ... personally i would be surprised if they aren't.

Now - not making contact - tends in my experience to precede an announcement that the site is up and running again, ie they are even keener than us to get things fixed and they may be close - I don't know that, but I have seen it happen.

Tell you what disappoints me tho' - the fact that the stats appear to be stuck - there would be no better opportunity to get the approved/rejected/paid position sorted - than when the site is not up and running.

So - if you are reading this Writers:Share - guess what I would like to see happening - loads of posts from MSE members reporting acceptances and payments.

Hows about it???? Deadline - well, it is meant to be EACH Friday - so how about this Friday???

I was sort of hoping since the stats were added to their page, every day I could check these and see gradually comments approved/rejected. And even since emailing them, suddenly see my stats corrected. But it seems no comments are being approved/rejected or non-have been since the tech introduced the stat system, Writers: Share please correct me if I am wrong. Or at the very least give us some update.

  • Again, this is what dissapoints me about Writers:Share ... still no update of what is happening! I am all for the website being worked on so that when it returns it will do so properly with no unsatisfatcory breaks.

However, they haven't really had any intentions of keeping us up to date. The WSTech hasn't logged in here for 3 days. They can't have been that busy as the site obviously isn't finished yet ... =D

I agree about the lack of information. If they are having problems they should try to keep us informed. Most people don't mind waiting if they feel they are being kept in touch.
I still think it is an honest site though that has just been overwhelmed by our enthusiasm.
