I know you didn't mean to offend at all, and you're right, worrying causes stress we can all do without. I am just appalled at how badly writers are treated on the Internet overall and would love to see a mutual respect develop instead of this awful silence. We're all worth so much more.

ITs not just writers, and its not just the internet, honestly. but the problem is, sometimes its better for them to stay quiet and not give a date when things will be sorted, because if they do, and it falls by the way side, it just looks like they are fobbing everyone off.

Now on the otherside of the coin, I agree, no communication at all is the worst thing that can happen, and as such, I would expect a statement saying, 'We are currently having some difficulties, but we will be up and running again as soon as possible'

Then just give updates once a week, 'We are still trying to resolve all outstanding issues, as soon as we can, we will be back online'

Thankyou for the PM ANDY 597. I have sent an e-mail to both addresses regarding the matter in hand, asking for either a response on here or simply replying to me so I can inform everyone on here about what is happening, and if that does happen, I will post you the e-mail as soon as I recieve it.

I did the email stats thing on the site, and apparently now have 1 approved, and others are still pending.

Your welcome, Could I just ask though that you dont publish that email address in teh open forum. I was asked rather nicely by WS to remove it from open threads and I intend to respect that.

I'll probably give it until next week and then give up on them. This glitch is wasting far too much time.

I must admit I am finally beginning to lose patience a bit with this. It's been another week now, and my stats on the site (3 accepted, 8 awaiting moderation, payment due £1.00 (still don't get that bit)) have remained unchanged. Is anything happening at all?

I think we're all losing patience with Writers Share. I am waiting payment for over £20, having written a considerable number of comments when the site was online.

The absence of any comments from Writers Share doesn't help matters.

I hope the payments will be received but am doubtful to say the least.
