Writers:Share - Get paid to leave comments!

i tihnk it's a fai assumption that if they had no intention of paying us/starting the site again they firstly wouldn't have paid anyone and secondly wouldnt keep updating us(even though this is a rarity)
I have thought perhaps they are periodically fobbing us off so that no one takes any serious action but surely they wouldnt tay in contact at all especially considering we are aware of the company they are linked to and even personal phone numbers for employees.
I think it will just be a matter of time before they finally work things out

At least there is some progress from Writers:Share but I have heard them say the site would be up on a certain day and it hasn't happened so i hope they stay true to thier word this time.

Also, I am now using a free web host for my Wordpress blog and I installed in using there 'Fantastico AutoInstaller' as many do but after recently signing up to Chitika eminimalls, I want to use their sidebar widget but I cannot manage to find a way to add this to my Wordpress dababase/blog etc.

Could anyone here help me or refer me to an area perhaps of this forum which may help me to resolve my difficulties.

Fantastico AutoInstaller never has the latest version of Wordpress and I would seriously advise you download the latest version and learn how to install it for yourself. It is dead easy.

If you can't add a sidebar widget to your blog it suggest 1) you don't have a theme that supports widgets. 2) your theme supports widgets but not fully. 3) your theme does not have enough sidebars.

Points 2 and 3, I have tried themes that will only allow widgets that come with the theme, they will not install any other widgets,

I have also tried themes that are badly written. They call the left sidebar sidebar 1 and the right sidebar sidebar 2 when most widgets require a right and left sidebar.

I have also come across themes that are plainly wrong.
You drop a widget on sidebar one and it appears on the right sidebar, you drop a widget on sidebar two and it appear in the left sidebar!

All that typing and all I wanted to say was try a different theme. Just make sure you try the latest theme and not an old free one. If the widget works with one theme and not another then it's fairly certain the theme is wrong, not the widget.

Am beginning to think they are "pushing the fool further" in the hope we will all get fed up and disappear, while they cling on to our comments. The site went down over 3 weeks ago, comment approval/rejection is static and nobody has been paid for the comments that were approved.
I loved the site and worked on most of the comments but have to admit am really disheartened at the way they are conducting themselves at the moment. They are unable to comment on here to defend themselves, however they have everyone's email address that has commented and it wouldn't take them more than 10 minutes to send a basic email to all their writers to keep them informed of their progress.

Is no section to actually join, you can add yourself to their email so they notify you of new topics. However at present the site is extremely messed up.

Becky, I am starting to think like you. They have disappointed so many, and it would be so easy for them to put an update on the Writers Share site. I think they are just fobbing us of with the being banned from MSE, there are other ways they could have provided updates, but sadly I keep hoping it will come alright. What more is there that we can do?
