Teletech just phoned me to notify me that i passed all of the assessments, however the only hours available are 16:30 till 23:00 during the week and saturday 15:00 till 21:00 so i turned it down as i cannot do saturday afternoon. So for anyone thinking of applying currently they are the only shifts available so if they are not suitable for you then probably best not to waste your time!!

    Hi
Was that inbound sales til 9pm on a Saturday?
As far as i know we shut at 6 on saturdays in sales.

Hi Mel, yes that was for inbound sales, would not have affected me either way as i couldn't do between 14:00 and 18:00 on a saturday due to other commitments, i was hoping for daytime shifts in the week and maybe a saturday morning, i just wish they would tell you what hours they are looking to fill before making you go through all the tests etc as it is a waste of time if the hours are not suitable!

I've spent all day reading the posts on the teletech jobs and have bitten the bullet and applied. Has anyone else applying soon?

    Hi,
Didn't realise there was other threads for teletech!
I appplied for a customer support job and passed all the assessments and had the interview on the 9th of january, The interviewer was called joshua who said he would contact me in 3-4 days in relation to whether i'd got a position or not. I've still not heard anything! beginning to think i was unsuccessful :(
  • Does anybody know if anyone in sales has transferred over to the tech side and been retrained, if they found the sales role didn't suit them?

Well we had a few go the otherway, and of course we have a teamleader
    that came from sales.

If you want to do it then you just apply as normal for the tech role via hirepoint.com
