Hi all,
Does anyone know when the next training session starts?0 -
Training courses are commencing on a regular basis at the moment as the company increases headcount to fit in with the client requirements.0

Can anyone answer a couple of questions for me please?
I currently have 2 jobs, a full-time day job and a part-time evening job. It looks like my 2nd job will be coming to an end very soon so I am looking for something else.
I would only be available to work evenings and/or weekends, would this be a problem? I could do 20 hours but would I be expected to do more?
I don't want to waste my time (or theirs) applying only to find out that I would be expected to work during the day or for 35 hours a week!
I've worked on a technical support helpdesk before (not from home) and enjoyed it so was hoping the TeleTech would be suitable for me.
Thanks X

Just give it a go and apply, you have to fill in your availability and if this is suitable then they will offer the position, once upon a time it used to be that you had to work set hours and weekends but since all the changes have took place with regards to working daytime I have no idea!!
Theres no harm in sticking an application in and seeing what happens :T0 -
Hello, I've been through the assessments and have an interview on Monday. Can anyone give me so tips for it? I dont get home until after 6pm - will that cause me problems during training (I've been reading that training starts at 4.30pm) but was hoping I could work 7-11pm. I tried to ask the person who phoned me but she said to ask at interview. Are they ok with people doing it as a second job?
Sorry for so many questions but thanks in advance!
Hi Salsa,
The interview isnt an interview as such, more of a chat that covers your experience, all very informal. The training once upon a time (when i did mine) followed 3 different 'classes' running at different times on different days, but that was a long time ago and may have changed now. Doing it as a second job is fine, several do already or attend university etc, as for the 7-11 that would depend on scheduling and company requirements for the timeframes that they will offer you.
Sorry for not going into much detail (it was a long time ago) but hopefully somebody else will come along soon and can shed a little light on it for you.
Good luck and relax for the interview0 -
Salsa
just mention it at interview about the training hours
There may different sessions at different times
Mine was 4.30 til 8.30 but i had heard some training done a bit later
when i went into nesting i did 7 - 11
i'm sure they will try and accommodate you.
Good Luck!0 -
Thank you both for the advice, will keep fingers crossed I can manage the training (and get through the interview!).0

I have my interveiw in 2 hours and i'm bricking it0
