hello everyone
do u need call centre experience in order to applyfor tele tech@ home job? do they have any other roles for those who dont have call centre exp?
thanks0 -
Wow Teletech must be on recruitment overdive lol seems to be a new set of nesters coming in every other week!
All gets confusing trying to match up nicks on here to actual agents, I've figured a few out but most just dont give clues!!0 -
And I wonder who you are as if I didn't know lol. Did you hear the rumour that Saturdays's meant to be stopping too??. I know a few received emails this week telling them they would no longer be working saturdays as from yesterday but others got emails saying saturdays would be stopped from 7th October. Not sure now if completely stopped or what.Auddel0

I've been told that training is 3 weeks, by Amy, but have read here it is 4 weeks. Which is right? And what is nesting, does it follow the same hours as training?
Many thanks in advance.
EDIT: Also, Amy has said training starts at 3:30pm but I noticed previously it had been 4:30pm. Have things recently changed?0 -
Well I have just lost the plot with teletech..... I had inital interviews with Amy way back in the late spring, anyway one thing lead to another & I was told because I couldn't be fully flexible for the full seven days I wouldn't be flexible, anyway I get an email at the beginning of the week asking if I still wanted to work for them 33 hrs over 4 days , I contact back saying I would, spoke to Amy & she said that I would need to do a phone call??? & she would email me over all the details tel number & access code.... so I wait & nothing & 40 mins before I get a call from someone from Teletech, who couldn't even get my name right... to say that I would need to go thru another interview before joining the call, I explained everything that had happened, she really didn't have any listening skills, so I asked if Amy could call me, she just kept saying to me, I think you are in a bad reception area you are breaking up.... errrr pardon I say I am on a house phone..... errrr hello hello she goes do you want this job or what? At this time I say not is this how you treat your satff & she hung up.... Yes I needed the job, but no, I don't want to be treated like this.0

I worked in a call centre for many years , I started off as a call handler & worked my way thru various roles, I left when I had my little girl.
Sorry to moan.....
Teletech seem a little disorganised or is it just me???0 -

We used to start at 4.30 but as now the hours of operation are from 9 am to 10.30 pm- they may have changed the training hours. Training has always been four weeks- but this could have changed to. nesting is the period after training were you go 'live' on calls but are still in your training groups and have trainers and assistant trainers to help you out.Auddel0
